#3 Town Nationally
We were so excited by the recent money magazine article ranking Louisville the number 3 place to live nationally. And while we do live 10 minutes away from the mountains and I guess it was physically possible to go scream it from the top of a mountain I figured this would probably be a more efficient and a less tiring way of doing so. The ranking was based on many many factors such as education, leisure, weather, health, housing and financial. So if you know somebody looking to buy or sell real estate in Louisville, CO or any of the other wonderful local towns please tell them to drop by and pay us a visit. We are conveniently located across from the new library in Old Town Louisville. Take South Boulder Road to Main Street and a left on Spruce. This area is specifically great for investments, both Boulder, Louisville and every town in between is stable and a great oppurtunity. A place where you can actually buy a condo, townhome or house and rent it out for the mortgage value…unheard of in many markets across the US. Thanks
